Safety Precautions and Entry Requirements
For your safety, mandatory temperature screening and capacity management will be conducted at all entrances. In addition, all shoppers are required to present their identification cards (valid photo ID with barcode) or scan a QR code via SafeEntry when entering and leaving the mall, in support of contact tracing purposes and building capacity management.
As part of safe management measures, inflow of traffic will be monitored and we will limit the number of shoppers entering the mall should the situation require. To plan your visit, shoppers may also use spaceout.gov.sg to find out crowd levels before visiting the mall.
All shoppers are reminded to wear their masks at all times and always maintain one-metre safe distance between individuals or in groups of no more than five people. Note that each store may have additional safe management measures which shoppers may be asked to follow.
All shoppers who do not comply with the required safety measures or with temperature of 38˚C and above will be denied entry into the mall.
