1. This Mid-Year Sales Digital Lucky Draw is only open to all customers of Takashimaya Department Store and Specialty Stores in Takashimaya Shopping Centre, except their employees, promoters and tourists.
2. One chance will be awarded to customers for every $300 spent in a single transaction from Thu 15 May to Thu 12 Jun 2025.
3. Lucky draw chances can be accumulated during the qualifying period, with no limit to the number of chances. Payment by DBS Takashimaya Credit/Debit Card will receive double the chances of winning.
4. Receipts from Alteration Services, ATMs/financial services, Cold Storage Supermarket, Money Changer, Presto Drycleaner, Shoe Repair Services, Starbucks, Suju Dining Japanese Restaurant and all tenants from Level 5, Ngee Ann City, are excluded from this promotion.  
5. Amount paid with Takashimaya Gift Voucher(s) is not eligible to be counted towards the required amount for the lucky draw.
6. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
7. Draws will be conducted at Rose Room, Level 3, Takashimaya Department Store on Mon 23 Jun 2025, 3pm.
8. Winners will be notified via email. Results of the draw will be published on Takashimaya Department Store Website, www.takashimaya.com.sg from Thu 26 Jun 2025 onwards.
9. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are subjected to the terms and conditions stipulated by the organiser and respective service provider. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Prize receipt or tax invoice will not be issued.
10. Prizes must be claimed by Thu 31 Jul 2025 failing which they will be donated to an approved charitable organisation or another winner will be drawn.
11. The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.  
12. By entering this Digital Lucky Draw, participants consent to allow Takashimaya Singapore to access to all of their personal data captured and be contacted for lucky draw purposes.
