Say hello to the boldest duo of the season: the Arrabbiata Udon - served with a platter of freshly fried Snow Crab Legs and seasonal vegetable tempura. 

 

Drawing inspiration from coastal Japanese summers, the dish pays homage to fresh, peak-season tomatoes as a base, enhanced further with velvety confit tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, aromatic bonito-infused oil, black pepper and micro shiso leaves.
